He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby James Elliott and Sarah Loretta Adkins Lee; his stepfathers, Miles Terry and Clay Lee; and his close friend Terry Sellers.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Coker Elliott; his daughters, Allyson Elliott of Amory, Courtney Harbor, Kirsten Harbor (Will) of Fulton and Tiffney Harbor (Brandon) of Fulton; his grandchildren, Waylon and Wroten; and his siblings, Judy McDonald (David) of Manila, Ark, Chelsey Boles (James) of Moss Point, Joshua Terry of Okolona, Richard Terry of Okolona and Grey Terry (Shanda) of Shannon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
