It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Larry Spragin (Shannon, Mississippi), who passed away on June 17, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lealue Williams Spragin; his children, Doris Ligon-Anaba of Seagoville, TX, George A. Spragin of Shannon and Annettee; and his daughter-in-law Purnie Spragin (late Bernard Spragin). He is also survived by 38 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
