He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Murphy and Hazel Stewart Murphy; and his wife Nell Murphy. He is survived by: his son Tim Murphy (Lisa) of Shannon; his brother Tommy Murphy (Leigh) of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Anna Shaw, Brooklin McKnight, Aliza Murphy, Katelyn Murphy, Tyler Murphy, Ashton and Colton.
