He is survived by: his wife Grace Sigler Wilbanks; his children, Pamela Jean Bailey Branch and Rowland J. Whitsell (Patricia); his siblings, Patty Blansett, Faye Bell (Fred), Sharon James (Kenny), Ann Luna (Kenneth), Deborrah Jones (Roger), Bobby Wilbanks (Marybeth) and Mikey Wilbanks (Joann); and his grandchildren, Rachel Wilbanks (Chris), Crystal Waggoner (Mike), Christopher Fendley, Kimberley Alexander, Kristin Butterworth, Jessica Turner, Destiny Butterworth and Thomas Yankovic. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
