She was predeceased by: her parents, Harve Skelton and Pearl Kizer Skelton; her siblings, Clyde Skelton (Sue), Elton Campbell Skelton, Leroy Skelton (Annie Mae), Glenn Skelton (Vickie), Billy Skelton (Kat), Erma Carr (Colbert), Laverne Griffin (Leo), El'Dean Kimbrel (Bob) and Edna Walker (Morris); and her brother-in-law Robert McLaughlin.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel McMullen (Ruth), Randy Ray McMullen, Barbara Simmons (Pat), Mary Carol Bynum (Clyde), Glenn "Chip" McMullen and Lester "Chuck" McMullen Jr. (Cindy); and her sister Ann McLaughlin. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Highland Baptist Church (Hwy 51 S, Senatobia, MS 38668). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Senatobia Memorial Cemetery (3000 US-51, Senatobia, MS 38668).
