She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Ellsworth Osborne and Mary Elsie Osborne; her husband Thomas Wilburn "Willie" Scott; her son Vernon Max Costner; and her siblings, Emma Mae Osborne, Laverne Winters, Norman Dean Osborne, Ermal Ellsworth Osborne, Elmo Lee Osborne and Floyd Lewis Osborne.

She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Jean Powell (Lee) of Senatobia, MS; her sister Elsie Fern Smith of Woodward, OK; her grandchildren, Lee Powell IV (Alisha), Brandon Powell (Lindsey), Seth Powell, Max Costner, Veronica Costner, Justin Costner (Jennifer) and Katie Davis; and her great grandchildren, Addy Beth Powell, Nora Kate Powell, Henry Powell, Major Powell, Gabby Costner, Jaxson Costner, Alex Martinez, Tristen Martinez, Aiden Longfellow, Camilla Costner, Kaizer Costner, Jerry Wayne Greene and Taylor James Warren. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
