With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Larry Laster of Senatobia, Mississippi, born in Greenwood, Mississippi, who passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harris Laster and Frances Taylor Laster; his wife Carol; his daughter Madilyn Donovan (Justin); his grandchild Maximus; his siblings, Johnny Laster, Robert Gary Laster (Susan) of Duck Hill, Melba Rodgers (Thomas) of Duck Hill and Nannette Laster of Grenada; and his aunts and uncles, Ruth, Joe Harbin of Grenada, Bob, Ann Laster of Raymond and John W. Laster of Duck Hill. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
Memorials may be directed to Duck Hill Baptist Church Agape Missions, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Getwell Church in Hernando.
