He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah McMillen and Reverend John McMillen; his brothers, Gerald McMillen and Reverend Kenneth McMillen; and his great grandchild Emersyn Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; and his daughters, Jackie Rucker (Rusty) of Germantown, TN and Janine Marshall (Kelvin) of Senatobia, MS..
