She was predeceased by: her husband Lacey Gitter; her son Shane Gitter; her parents, James Doucette and Catherine Doucette; and her brother James A. Doucette.
She is survived by: her son David Gitter (Ling); her siblings, Mary Pelkey (Derald), Alfred, John, Patricia, Robert, Penny and Charles; her daughter-in-law Christi Culligan; and her grandson Jacob Gitter.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Crockett Cemetery (7484 MS-4, Senatobia, MS 38668).
