He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Mack; his parents, Andrew Joseph Mack, Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth Mack; and his siblings, Julia Ann Nall, George Mack and Steve Mack.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Rebecca Bell (William, III) of Groves, TX, Harvey Joe Swift, Jr. (Rhonda) of Thaxton, MS and Joshua Daniel Swift of Arkansas; and his brother Joseph Mack (Bonnie) of Arkansas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
