He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Harper and Claudine McNeal Harper. He is survived by: his wife Leah J. Harper; and his children, Alicia Evans (Warren) of Burleson, TX, Marlena Franklin of Irvin, TX and Mark R. Harper (Teresa) of Anna, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
