He is survived by: his daughter Justice Bowman; his parents, Selma Stephens and Carol Stephens of Longtown, MS; his grandmother Mary Ellen Willard of Crenshaw, MS; and his siblings, Lisa Franklin of Crenshaw, MS, Tonya West (Jacob) of Longtown, MS and David Stephens of Longtown, MS. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews; 5 great nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great nephew.
