He is survived by: his wife Thellis Temple of Seminary; his stepson James Mitchell Gibson of Poplarville; his sons, Donald Franklin Temple of Orlando, FL, Wendell Brett Temple of Sarasota, FL, Kyle Temple of Seminary and Chris Temple of Memphis, TN; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Adams, Brandon Temple, Matthew Temple and Lucas Temple. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
