He is survived by: his wife Terri Breazeale Carter of Seminary, MS; his children, Thomas "TJ" Carter of Seminary, MS, Dana Breazeale Carter Schreiber (Walter) of Mount Olive, MS, Lisa Carter Lott (Eric) of Seminary, MS and Michelle Carter McDonald (Kevin) of Collins, MS; and his sisters, Rita Carter Breazeale of Seminary, MS, Ann Carter Lowery of Seminary, MS, Betty Carter Graves of Seminary, MS, Carolyn Carter Norris (Billy) of Bassfield, MS and Theresa Carter Norris (Harold) of Bassfield, MS. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
