She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Breazeale and Billie Rose Morris Breazeale; her husband Thomas Jefferson Carter; and her brothers, Larry Breazeale, Lavone Breazeale and Wayne Breazeale.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas "T. J." Carter of Seminary, Dana Breazeale Carter Schreiber (Walter) of Mount Olive, Lisa Carter Lott (Eric) of Collins, Michelle Carter McDonald (Kevin) of Collins, MS and Haven Carter Lucas (Brian) of Seminary; her sisters, Debi Sibley (Ray) of Springfield, LA and Denise Ryan (Kenny) of Springfield, LA; her grandchildren, Cotie Dickens, Dustin Davis, Ashley Lott, Levi Lott, Christian Lott, Kiersten McDonald, Destiny McDonald, Cameron McDonald, Kade Carter and Miley Carter; and her great grandchildren, Eli Dickens, Benjamin Dickens, Adalynn Lott and Noah Lott. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Smyrna Landmark Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (220 E Main St, Seminary, MS 39479).
