She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Cobb and Paulette Elizabeth Ikner Cobb. She is survived by: her husband Homer H. Brooks of Seminary; her children, Robert Christian "Chris" Pendleton (Betsy) of Ellisville and Carrie Pendleton of Collins; her stepchildren, Darrel Brooks (Lydia) of Collins, Natasha Brooks Harp (Phillip) of Seminary, Amanda Paige Brooks of Philadelphia and Alye Brooks of Philadelphia; and her brother Jason Cornelius of Andalusia, Alabama. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
