He is survived by: his wife Fredean Taylor of Seminary; his daughter Sammie Bullard (Kevin) of Seminary; his granddaughter Pamela Bullard of Seminary; his mother Ruby Sullivan of Mendenhall; and his sister-in-law Charlene Moore of Foster, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
