She was predeceased by: her brother Micheal Eubanks. She is survived by: her husband Billy Wade; her children, Jesse Wade (Kasin), Sara Donze (Ashton) and Kaci Jo; her mother Johnnie Merle Eubanks; her grandchildren, Bella, Logan, Eden, Gabriel, John Louis and Samuel James; and her brothers, Robert Eubanks and John Glen Eubanks. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
