He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cotter and Virginia Harriet Cotter (Blackwelder); and his daughter Julie Sulfaro. He is survived by: his children, Luther Ray Cotter (Zach Woodruff) of Monroe, Marlene Cotter of Seminary, Jeffrey Cotter and Robert Cotter. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews.
