He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Windham of Seminary; his daughter Tina Carter (Buster) of Collins; his siblings, Kim Windham (Mary) of Seminary, Linda Burnham (Rex) of Collins and Diane McDonald of Seminary; and his grandchildren, Shane Carter, Christian "Dave" Carter (Katelynn), Cody Carter (Jessie) and Kellie Carter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
