He is survived by: his mother Jessie Sumner Sanford of Seminary; his wife Janet Clark Sanford of Seminary; his children, Brad Sanford (Beth) of Seminary, Cherie Allmon (Mike) of Seminary and Katrina Shotts (Junior) of Seminary; his grandchildren, Jenna Sanford Windham (Caleb), Lindsey Sanford, Brooke Sanford, Regan Allmon, Rayne Allmon, Reed Allmon, Hunter Shotts (Anna), Payton Smith, Kyle Smith (Sammie) and Ryan Smith; his great grandchildren, Kennedi Shotts, Karter Shotts, Lucas Shotts and Kyson Smith; and his siblings, Michael Sanford (Deborah) of Collins and Judy McQueen of Seminary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
