She was predeceased by: her husband Billy A. Kelly; her parents, Frank Atwood and Francis Thurman Tuggle; and her sister Virginia Thurman. She is survived by: her children, Billy Earl Kelly of New Orleans, LA, Tommy Randy Kelly of Petal, MS and Angie Kelly Rogers (William) of Seminary, MS. She is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one nephew; and two nieces.
