He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Clark and Queen Victoria Williams Clark; his daughter Jean Gooch Coulter; his siblings, Earnest Clark, Sam Clark, Steve Clark and Helen Broome; and his great grandchild Cade Parker.
He is survived by: his brothers, Chad Cummins and Glenn Shoemake; his grandsons, Joe Parker, Garrett Parker, Billy Parker, Colton Kendrick, Wesley Clark, James Clark, III and Seth Parker; his spouse Eva Blanche Sellers Clark; his son James Earl Clark, Jr.; his wife Zetta of Seminary; his daughters, Sue Clark Parker, Willie Maddox of Seminary and Dean Clark Maddox; and his sisters, Rachel Browning of Clinton, Elaine Lowery of Seminary and Doris Shellabarger. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty three great-grandchildren; seven great great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
