He is survived by: his wife Dawn McInnis Kelly of Seminary; his children, Skyler Kelly of Seminary, Kayla Kelly Sanford (Justin) of Seminary and Laura Beth Kelly Bailey (Jonathan) of Brandon; his sister Kay Kelly Whitworth (Breck) of Gulfport; and his grandchildren, Jaycee Kelly, Bryson Bailey, Tyson Bailey and Rowan Herring. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
