He is survived by: his wife Neldra Spears; his children, Harvey "Frankie" Spears Jr. (Michele), Connie Lawson (David), Michael Spears, Melissa Kakuk (Johnny), Elizabeth Cates, Alisha Runnels (Matt) and Jennifer Gillespie; and his siblings, Jerry Spears of Gore, OK, Troy Spears (Jody), Elaine Webster and Goat Spears. He is also survived by 24 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren.
