She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Melvin Bowling and Jessie Lee Williams Byrd; her husband Robert Wayne McPhail, Sr.; her daughter Debra Caldwell; and her sisters, Mary Newman and Kay Blackwell.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Lynn Miller (Guy) of Collins, Roxanne Elizabeth McPhail Miller (Pistol) of Seminary and Richard Leon McPhail (Lisha) of Collins; and her sister Angela Munn (Pat) of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
