He is survived by: his spouse Laura Lieber Mills of Seminary; his son Billy Don Mills, Jr. (Joyce) of Sumrall; his brother Robert W. Mills, Jr. (Dianne) of Troy, Alabama; his granddaughter Ashley Burt of San Marcos, Texas; and his great grandchild Zayden Alexander Campos of San Marcos, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
