He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvan Anthony and Anita Anthony; his wife Gailya Anthony; and his son-in-law Kris Underwood. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Underwood, Angie Loper (Wayne) and Michael Anthony; his grandchildren, Torey Nickless (Wayne), Dalton Underwood, Tripp Anthony, Trace Anthony, Aleese Loper and Jordan Loper; his great grandchild Cheyenne Nickless; and his brothers, Erick "Ebo" Anthony (Linda Jo) and Ralph Anthony.
