He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mullins; his children, Melissa Cook (Stephen Cook), Flossie Barfield (John Barfield) and Robert Mullins, Jr. (Shanda Mullins); and his grandchildren, Stacy Massey (CJ Massey), Lucas Lesofski, Megan Brister (Ryan Brister), Sarah Hillman (Rick Hillman), Caelen Mullins and Allen Mullins.
