She was predeceased by: her husband Roderick H. Phillips; her parents, Mary Kennedy and Henry Franelich; and her sister Amelia Crooms. She is survived by: her granddaughter Madison "Madi" McDill; her aunt Connie; her children, Leslie Y. Rackard (Douglas) of Bay, Tara N. McDill (Chad) of Sebastopol, MS and Brandon F. Weekley of Bay Minette, AL; and her stepchildren, Sheryl Kay Lueck of Satellite Beach, FL, Shelly K. Phillips of Cocoa, FL, Roderick M. Phillips of Rockledge, FL, Cindy Weekley Hill of Bay Minette, AL and Toni Weekley Phillips of Bay Minette, AL. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren ad eight great grandchildren.
