She was predeceased by: her parents, Bordie Gainey and Mildred Sistrunk; her husband Charlie Webb; her son Charles Ray Mowdy; her granddaughter Mendy Hollis; her great grandchild Elizabeth Ann Bradshaw; and her brothers, Clayton Gainey and Carleton Gainey.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Mowdy of Forest, Michael Mowdy of Philadelphia and Debbie Dertinger of Polkville; her grandchildren, Christopher Mowdy, Patrick Watkins, Ashley Bradshaw, Timothy Watkins, Shelby Mowdy and Charlie Mowdy; and her sisters, Frances Loper (Larry) of Sebastopol and Margaree Goss (Larry) of Union. She is also survived by 13 Great- Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
