He was predeceased by: his son Terry Watkins; his parents, Jessie Watkins and Betty Watkins; and his siblings, Jim, Odell Watkins and Willie B. Davidson.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Bridget Watkins of Forest; his great grandchildren, Brittney Watkins and Brianna Watkins; and his sister-in-law Genevia Watkins of Pascagoula. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
