He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard, Joline Creel, Eddie Lee and Nelda Faye Townsend; his aunt Gladys Dearing; and his father-in-law Darwin Byrd.
He is survived by: his parents, Rose Townsend and Milton Creel; his wife Lori Creel; his daughters, Claire Nicole Creel, Christina Elizabeth Creel, Alyssa Jolene Creel (Adian Bryant) and Missy Floyd (Jeffrey); his siblings, April Bridges (Joshua), Christopher Lee Creel and Clarence Edward Creel (Amber); and his grandsons, James Braedyn Floyd and Charles Christian Byrd Floyd.
