He was predeceased by: his wife Nelda Faye Kelly; and his parents, Manarie Shoemaker and Maggie Parker. He is survived by: his children, Linda Puckett (Joel) of Ludlow, MS, Judy Smith (Dan) of Mendenhall, MS and Janna Gaddis of Fayetteville Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Brian Davidson (Karen), Rhonda Bradley (Michael), Chris Crotwell (Leigh Anne), Shaun Crotwell (Carmen), Jason Crotwell (Leslie), Jennifer Kelly and Jay Riser (Trisha). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
