She was predeceased by: her husband William; her sons, Jerry Wayne and Rickey Earl; and her parents, Seth Lampkin and Agnes Lampkin.
She is survived by: her son William Lee Fortenberry (Gail); and her sister Trudie Bell Shoemaker. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
