He is survived by: his brother Bob Smith; his wife Teresa Putnam; his stepchildren, Joseph Doss, Johnathan Doss, Justin Doss, Amber Weaver and Tyler Adcox; his grandchildren, Alex Weaver, Destiny Weaver, Saleigh Adcox and Andrew Doss; his niece Angela Weaver; and his nephew Shane Weaver. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
