She is survived by: her husband Melvin McCurdy; her son Eric Gordy of Clifton, MS.; her stepdaughter Valerie Foster (Roy) of Clifton, MS; her sister Marsha Bassett (Henry) of Sebastopol, MS; her niece Sherry Basset (Anthony Hopkins); her stepgrandchildren, Jacob Foster and Victoria Jackson (Charles); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Dravin Foster, Jackson Foster, Emberley Jackson and Radan Jackson.
