He is survived by: his fiancé Marianne Jacobs of Forest, MS; his children, Sandy Havard of Collinsville, MS, Andrew Derrick Havard of Decatur, MS and Bobby Lewis Havard of Collinsville, MS; and his brothers, John "Sam" Havard, Jr. of Little Rock, MS, Ulma Lee "Plookie" Havard of Forest, MS, Randy D. Havard of Forest, MS and Mark Allen Havard of Homewood, MS. He is also survived by six grandchildren and also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
