She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert George and Katherine Cornelia Temple (Hallford); and her siblings, John, Howard Temple and Gloria Hailey.

She is survived by: her siblings, Frank Temple, Herbert P. "Buddy" Temple (Judy), Danny Temple (Lynda) and Debbie Waller (Larry). She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews and great nieces & great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made in Janet's honor to the Cedar Lawn Memorial Cemetery for upkeep and beautification.
