It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Woodfin of Scooba, Mississippi, born in Macon, Mississippi, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Woodfin and Mamie Woodfin; his brother Tommy Woodfin; his brother-in-law Bobby Pearson; his brother Joe; and his sister-in-law Louise Golden.

He is survived by: his wife Rachel Woodfin; his children, Jay Woodfin (Libby), Kim Berry and Leigh Ann Miller; his sister Doris Woodfin; his daughter-in-law Libby Woodfin; and his niece Mary Vaughn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren with one great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Scooba United Methodist Church or the Wounded Warriors Project.
