He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Dewitt Briscoe and Pearl Keeton Briscoe; and his siblings, Juanita Sicurella, Frances Spears, Gwendolyn Briscoe, Guy Dewitt Briscoe, Jr. and James Briscoe.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Marie Hollis of Grenada, Jimmy Dale Briscoe of Grenada and Barry Lynn Briscoe of Southaven; his grandchildren, Corey Lee Nester, Ashley Nicole Overley and Pete Gwendale Briscoe; and his great grandchild Christopher Dale Overley.
