He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Larkowski and Olevia Larkowski (Ladnier). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Larkowski; his children, Mike Larkowski (Debra) and Michele Chaffin; his sister Evelyn Richardson; his grandchildren, John Larkowski (Kristy), Melissa Scarborough (Daniel), Brynnen Keel (Madison) and Austin Keel; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Swan (Carley), Gavin Larkowski and Aaron Smith. He is also survived by two great great grandchildren; along with many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
