She is survived by: her daughter Karen Levins (Henry); her grandchildren, Reva Levins (Manuel), James "Tyler" Levins (Taylor) and Hannah Levins; her great grandchild Luke Arriaga-Levins; and her nieces, Deborah, Barbara and Sandy.
