She was predeceased by : her parents, Wiley Wedgeworth and JoAnn Wedgeworth; her husband George Taylor; her daughter Phyllis McMillan; and her brother Robert Dewayne Wedgeworth.

She is survived by : her sons, Richard Wedgeworth (Bonnie), Douglas Lee Pounds Jr. (Misty) and Anthony McMillan Jr. (Elizabeth); her siblings, Wiley Wedgeworth, Jr. (Debbie), Joseph Wedgeworth (Lori) and Becky Prewitt; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Wedgeworth, Baleigh Wedgeworth, Carrie Wedgeworth, Tyler Wedgeworth, Cailey Malbrough, Emily Pounds, Jace Pounds, Brandon McMillan, Hannah McMillan and Hunter McMillan; and her great grandchildren, Austyn Cook, Charlie Scott and Lucy Malbrough.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Floral Hills Cemetery (8910 Carl Legett Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503).
