He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie F. Mongomery, Sr. and Sylvia Montgomery; his parents-in-law, Louis and Merle Simmons, Sr.; his sister Nancy Harrison; his brothers-in-law, Richard Herrin, Steve Daniels, James Parker and Louis Simmons, Jr.; and also Cathy.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Montgomery; his son Chris Montgomery (Cherry); his grandchildren, Jesse Montgomery, Sr. and Aisley Montgomery; his great grandchild Jesse Montgomery, Jr.; his siblings, Joey Montgomery (Brandy) and Jeanne Montgomery; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Herrin, Martha Rodgers (Ronnie), Sandra Parker, Pete Simmons (Freda), Scott Simmons (Ruby), Brian Simmons (Cindy) and Ronnie Harrison. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
