He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil Henderson and Dot Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Ann Henderson; his children, Memory Rouse (Ted), Wendy Tapper (Chris) and Phillip Henderson, II (Rhianna); and his siblings, Wanda Netherton (Ted), Dwight Henderson (Traci), Phyllis Henderson and Lisa Tolzman. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren 15 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to the American Red Cross of Alabama and Mississippi, 700 Caldwell Trace, Birmingham, AL 35242.
