He was predeceased by: his parents, Kater W. Parish Sr. and Dora Alice Parish (Whitlock); and his son Derrick Bernard Baylis. He is survived by: his children, Deidra Doyle (Patrick), Arlanderia Banks of Atlanta, GA, LaShawn Clark of Rahway, NJ and Aurelius "Tran" Parish; his siblings, Dorothy Parish, Gregory Parish (Dorothy), Eddie Parish (Teresa), James Parish and Jamal Parish; and his daughters, Rachel and Whitney Kennedy. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
