Harrell E Cook; her parents, Jefferson Davis Thomas and Lettie Marie Thomas (Lewis); her siblings, James Dillon Thomas, Marie Nuna "Teddy" Mott, Eula Loretta Holton, Lessie Agnes Sterbens, Shirley Diane Hadley, Delores Ann "Lois" Touchstone and Patricia Ann "Pat" Dixon; and her great grandchild Judson Lee Ulmer.
She is survived by: her children, Harrell E "Buddy" Cook, Jr., Teresa Anne "Terri" Ulmer (Jeffrey Lee) and Tamera Patricia "Tammi" Farabee; her grandchildren, Holly Joy Wilson (Michael Elvis) and Rev. Jeremy Lee Ulmer (Kasie Hope); her great grandchildren, Colby Lee Wilson, Cannon Levi Wilson, Jackson Lee Ulmer, John Lowry Lee Ulmer and Georgia Hope Ulmer; and her brother Lilborn Thomas (Sara). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
