He is survived by: his wife Marion Cuevas of Saucier, MS; his children, Kimberly "Kim" Foster (Mark) of Perkinston, MS, Mark Jr. Foster (Jenny) of Wiggins, MS and Zac Foster (Lauren) of Perkinston, MS; his grandson Nate Shoemaker (SaVanna); his great grandchildren, J. C. and Avery Shoemaker; his daughter Lori Ballard (Mike) of Hope Mills, NC; his grandchildren, J. Williams, Cameron Williams (Hannah) of Oceanside, CA and Sabrina Williams; his son Jimmy Steven "Stevie" Cuevas Jr. (Stephanie) of Wiggins, MS; his grandchildren, Lacy, Levi, Lincoln and Lexi Cuevas; and his brothers, Robert Cuevas (Norma Lee) of Pass Christian and David Cuevas (Gayle) of Pass Christian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
