He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Scarborough; his parents, William T. Scarborough and Lucretia Dedeaux Scarborough Bond; his stepfather R. L. Bond; and his siblings, Kathy Turan and Darwell Bond.
He is survived by: his children, Deana Harmer (Clayton), Jerry Wayne Scarborough and Tracey Jackson (Jason); his siblings, Judy Monroe, Buddy Scarborough, Jr., Brenda Corrigan (Jim), Joe Scarborough, Kim Hancock (Curtis) and Melanie O'Brien (Phillip); his grandchildren, Michael Harmer (Kristen), Nicholas Harmer, Haley Williams and Hayden Williams; and his great grandchild Trevor Harmer.
